After selecting the product/s you wish to purchase and submitting your order to Glamouratti you will be given the opportunity to reviews the entire transaction and correct any mistakes, before electing whether to withdraw from the transaction or process with the transaction.
By selecting to submit the order you are deemed to have submitted an offer to purchase the product/s selected by you (“order”) and the order cannot be withdrawn by you unless expressly agree to by Glamouratti. Glamouratti reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason on notice to you.
Receipt of a confirmation of the order (which constitutes ac acceptance by Glamouratti to process the order) will be sent to you once we receive your order. After processing of the order, a final pro-forma invoice will be sent to you, inclusive of shipment fees. Deliver times are estimates only and we are not liable for any late deliveries.
The only forms of acceptable payment are by electronic transfer or direct deposit. Orders will only be shipped once full and final payment is reflected in our bank account. Goods will remain the property of Glamouratti until fully paid for. Upon the refection of payment(s) we will send you you’re tracking number.
Potage is done via the SA Post Offices, unless otherwise requested by the client. A flat rate of R 45 is added to each order on the site, however this will be corrected after your order has been packed to reflect to amount according to the weight of your parcel. The shipping charge may change to cater for your specific order.
Should we agree to exchange the items you’ve purchase, you will be held responsible for the postage fee as well as a 15% handling fee. We don’t give cash returns. Should you receive a fault or broken item we need to be contacted within 24 hours (in working days) of you receiving your parcel. The items should then be send back to us and we will give you credit for the amount. We don’t give cash refunds. The postage fee will be for your account. NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE will even b e considered after 48 hours of you receiving your parcel!
If you receive the wrong product or tit the product is in any way damage or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect Glamouratti must be notified within 2 working days of the product being delivered. Glamouratti will exchange it for the correct product upon receipts of the returned product.
If the client is not satisfied with his/her choice and the products are still in excellent condition, the Client must return it within 2 working days of receipt and Glamouratti will exchange the product for something of equivalent value.
